Strategic scaling requires deep work that cannot be rushed. The 5-day format is designed to allow you to step completely out of daily "firefighting" to work on your business rather than in it. By Day 5, you leave with a finished, validated plan.
Execution fails when the leadership team isn't aligned. Bringing the relevant functional lead for each day (e.g., your Finance Lead on Day 4) ensures that the person responsible for implementing the plan actually helps build it. This creates immediate ownership.
